I like how it supports my devices on my lap (or on my stomach when I'm lying down) so my wrists don't get tired from prolonged reading/watching movies. Very convenient. The pillow arrived very crumpled and out of shape, not even close to filling the cover. At the suggestion of another buyer I put it in a damp towel dryer on high heat for about 15 minutes and it worked like clockwork. The pillow now fills the pillowcase perfectly.
