When I was in high school I spent 6-7 hours every day doing sports or sports, Superman was a nickname and I even had a nice Superman logo on the truck. Twelve years later, that's the nickname I miss. I'm buying two Superman Shaker Cups. You're almost motivated to use it because it's a title to live up to or just feel stupid about. The mug itself is big, which is great - I find most protein shakes barely contain two servings of milk and two scoops of protein. This one keeps everything you mix simple. I haven't had any problems with spills from the spout or cap, even while shaking. It's not oddly shaped so it's easy to clean, but I'd recommend a bottle brush due to the depth. 5/5
