WebRobot is a web automation tool that allows you to automate repetitive tasks across multiple websites.
I had a great experience using WebRobot. This is my second project with them. My previous experience was less successful because of poor documentation and unclear expectations. This time around, I had a detailed specification before hand. As a result, I didn’t encounter any issues during the entire project. I found WebRobot’s customer service very responsive and helpful. The guys at the technical department are always available to answer any questions and assist me in any way. The price is reasonable for a full-time worker. The pricing model works great for medium and large businesses. I would definitely recommend them to other people.
Pros
- There is not much to configure and understand
- It is intuitive and easy to navigate through all of its functions and settings.
- I received fast and responsive replies to all of my questions.
Cons
- No advanced functionalities
- Sometimes it took me several days to complete a single task.
- So I had to ask for help and go through trial and error to find out how to accomplish things.
