When I unpacked the package, I was greeted by a slightly damaged box. However, the headset itself was in perfect condition! After trying out the headset, I was able to hear myself clearly in-game. When you're watching movies or playing games, it feels so cinematic. I also gave the product to my sister who spoke to someone on the phone and she said she can hear it better compared to Ranmus Red and vice versa and it fits better too!
