I was skeptical about this restorer (and even more skeptical when I saw the tiny bottle) but it really works. The first thing I attached was a plastic grab bar on the back of our late '90s Seadoo, which always looked sun-faded and weather-beaten no matter what we did with it, and to my great surprise (and delight), it did really. looks almost new again, even after a week in the sun (when most of the "restorers" have evaporated) it still looks good. , then dries up. The bottle recommends 24 hours without rain to dry. The final look is like dry plastic, not "just splattered with vegetable oil". removed and recoated 24 hours later. This is the best example but I don't have any photos before because I didn't expect it to work. If this look lasts 1 year, as the manufacturer claims, then I will be a regular customer of this product. Two before and after pictures of Seadoo plastic corners show how much this can help. The after photo was taken a few minutes after the restorer was applied and it was still wet. I also used one of those green plastic cleaning pads to get rid of as much of the sunburnt white dirt as possible. Finally there is a photo of it being applied to the exterior plastic of the car around the window of our new car. This is an intermediate use and it dries black but the "new plastic" look remains. I did some of the interior parts of the car and they mostly look like they just came from the dealer. This requires the details to be nice and clean before application. I have found that the cleaner I can get the part I apply it to, the better it looks afterwards. If you miss a point, it will really stand out, but it's easy to come back to. After all, I only had it for a week or so and didn't have time to figure out how long it would last. I hope he stays there for at least a few months (would be nice all summer). The only thing that bothers me is that the size of the bottle is tiny considering the price. If this doesn't last long I will come back and downgrade my star rating accordingly.
