Green is good! - Storage and Organization
This batch of guacamole lasted four days and could have lasted longer had it not been eaten. The container was opened and closed every day and the avocado was still green. It's usually a race to eat the avocado before it goes bad at my house, and after it's cut, the leftovers have to be eaten within a day before they turn brown (despite using lots of citrus, seeds, or plastic wrap) . . Now I can prepare a few for the coming week. Be sure to let all the air out to seal properly.
