Review on Nintendo DS Lite Console Spin Bundle by Jim Bethea

I am only giving this item 1 star for the simple reason that the bottom screen is not working. This Nintendo DS Lite arrived quickly, was very clean and works great except for the bottom screen. The volume also seems to be good. UPDATE: After contacting the seller, he offered to ship me a brand new DS Lite, a $10 refund and a free game after I returned my non-working DS Lite. I am very satisfied with the customer service and I am very happy to play with my new DS Lite! UPDATE #2: I just received my replacement DS Lite and now the HOME screen isn't working. It just crashes when launching the game. If only their products were as good as their customer service. I'm sending it back for a full refund. Don't hesitate to buy one of these.
