Review on TruSkin Charcoal Face Wash: Detoxifying Anti-Aging Facial Cleanser for Men and Women with Activated Coconut Charcoal, Reishi, and Astragalus Root - 4 fl oz by Crystal Garrett

I am new to the TruSkin line, have bought 5 products and this is the first product I have tried. I never had problems with acne but when I was younger I had very oily skin and acne which now due to my age and reduced cell turnover has developed into blackheads which are very difficult to get rid of. along with drier skin due to aging. - Moisture does not help to get rid of blackheads. To my dismay, the wearing of the new mandatory face masks due to Covid has raised new concerns. My face under the mask (hot weather) sweats and constricts the pores like it's steaming, so I've got a lot of new little pimples in the mask area now. I believe this cleanser and 2x weekly face masks will eventually suffice, but looking at my skin now, I'm embarrassed. Before that, I used to alternate a charcoal and clay mask with salicylic acid/tea tree (not strong enough) and an occasional benzoyl peroxide line (too dry) twice a week for my aging skin. I really like the feel and smell and I love smelling real charcoal which confirms the authenticity of the product. I only give 4 stars for one reason. The bottle isn't flexible enough to extrude the product, so removing the cap and using it that way makes for a much messier situation. I will continue to use and look forward to checking the packaging.
