The product was shipped very quickly and got to me the next day. I downloaded the app by scanning the QR code on the box. This works great but is a little confusing so you'll have to play around with the options. However, the remote control doesn't work at all. I put batteries in it and it still doesn't work. For a relatively expensive product I am disappointed that the remote control does not work. The sound quality of some translations also sounds a bit static. Overall a good product but a non-working remote control is very disappointing. The color options are beautiful.
