I've wanted something like this for a long time to make my cordless tools more convenient. This one does the job well, although I think I would have used slightly thicker sheet metal to make it more rigid. I've seen a number of these on and around YouTube that can hold half a dozen cordless tools and a charger. and so on and keep everything handy. However, buying one like this is expensive and time-consuming, especially since you might not guess the size and depth of the holes/grooves the first time. It was also a problem for me to find a big one. After seeing this I realized that 99% of the time I use either a cordless drill or a 1/4" impact tool and this inexpensive alternative can be the solution 99% of the time. . That's it. I installed it in a few minutes and my cordless drill and impact tool fit perfectly. The steel flexes a bit with moderate pressure and I wish the sheet steel was a bit thicker, but it works well. I would definitely do it again. It pulled my most used battery tools out of my pocket and hung them on the wall where I can quickly grab them and go to it, plus it gives me a dedicated spot for the charger so I'm more likely to keep the batteries charged.
