Review on Grey Medium Bed Rest Pillow for Acid Reflux, Sleeping, Reading - Shredded Memory Foam Back Support Pillow with Leg Elevation by Malleswar Man

Not what I had in mind but works great

Well when I first took it out of the box I thought it was a one time use. It was flat and skinny (it had shrunk, like all these things) and barely swollen after being opened and spread out. Even after a few hours it was still flimsy and frustrating and wouldn't have done well as a back pillow - the fabric cover was still loose, wrinkled and not even remotely full. However, after about eight hours it was full, plump and firm, and while I was still a little unsure and expecting a more wedge-shaped shape like traditional reading pillows, it worked great when I tried it! a lot when you lean on it and the two round end pads really help support it and keep it upright, also supporting your body. Having used it now I find it to be a good design, very comfortable to sit in bed to read or watch TV and I love that it has a pen loop at the top to move it with or lower floor when i'm ready to sleep. It does NOT have a removable wash cover and the instructions keep the memory foam from getting wet. They recommend simply drying it in a dryer to remove normal dust or skin cells. Spills or regular "bedroom" stains could probably be cleaned fairly easily with a damp cloth from a fabric that is a short pile faux fur crossbreed. and velvet upholstery. It's not a bad idea to use Scotchgard if you expect it to be compromised. Although the first impression was not very good, it was more than justified in any case.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
