First the advantages: 1. It fits very well, surprisingly comfortable and still reliable.2. The battery life is excellent. I can talk all day without charging.3. Sound quality and volume are excellent. I have no problem hearing the other side.4. Connecting to my phone was very easy. Second disadvantages: 1. The case is for charging. I find it a bit inconvenient to use a suitcase and carry it around when I'm on the road for a long time. My previous Bluetooth charged directly via USB which I also used for my phone.2. The power and volume buttons are awkward to use. Luckily I don't have to use them often. I prefer to be able to quickly turn them on and off when needed. Instead, I have to find the button and awkwardly hold it down for a few seconds.3. It does NOT interact with my contacts and does not announce the caller's name. My old device sometimes mispronounced names, but at least I didn't have to look at my phone to see who was calling. The noise cancellation is fine when I'm driving, but when I'm in a windy area it doesn't work at all. The caller hears a strong wind noise. My previous unit was a few years old and was much better at reducing wind noise. This is the most annoying problem: some calls suddenly and unexpectedly disconnect and reconnect after a few seconds. This repeats itself multiple times, forcing me to turn off bluetooth on the phone and bring the phone to my ear. For the past five days this has been happening every day, at least once a day. This is a HUGE problem when I'm driving as it's illegal in my state to use a phone while driving unless I'm using hands-free. That means I have to get off the Autobahn and call back. The most important feature of Bluetooth headphones is the ability to work hands-free. Failure to do this reliably renders the device virtually unusable. I really wanted to enjoy it. But now I'll be forced to try and get back through Revane.
