Even though one of my buckets arrived broken I still give it 5 stars because I received the perfect replacement in less than two days with no problems. Manufacturing defects is something I don't mind sellers as long as they stand behind their products, let's face it, mistakes happen. These buckets are easy to open and destroy. They are stable with plastic straps at strategic points. The filter works well and snaps in and out easily, but the pins are small so I'd recommend being careful with them during the process. Once installed, the screen stays in place. If I needed more buckets I would buy more of these, I think this is a quality product at a good price.
