I think the main purpose of ordering a cutlery tray with a lid is so that you can use it on a camping trip or travel trip . It's a lovely looking tray but I think it could have been done better and cheaper if 3 replacements were made. On the one hand, the side walls of the individual partitions must reach up to the lid so that the dishes do not move when they are moved. Second, the individual compartments and the unit itself must be longer. We actually had some standard forks and knives that didn't fit the slots all the way. After all, the goal, at least for me, was to keep everything in place when buying a cutlery box with a lid, when traveling or when camping. Guess what! The cover is not attached to the base. Seems crazy. If you are considering ordering and have the same needs as our family, I would continue to look at other listings.
