First Impression: Good
I wish I could see it here before I buy Prusa's upgrade kit. Brief backstory: Ever since I bought my MK3 I've never had any luck with their long life filament sensors. I think I passed 4 in one year. They then upgraded to MK3 with a new sensor on MK3S. I updated on June 1st and the new sensor worked for about a month. As soon as I put this new filament sensor in place, it worked straight away. Now time will tell. I saw another reviewer mention a cable issue. I reused the cable that came with my upgrade kit.
