The Crossrock online business did not meet my expectations as a do-it-yourself expert. It was difficult for me to locate what I required due to the disorganized layout and the excessive amount of clutter. The process of checking out was also difficult to understand because there were hidden costs that appeared out of nowhere. It was difficult to find justification for a purchase on their website due to the poor user experience, despite the possibility that their products were of a high standard. In order to provide improved support for their clientele, Crossrock could stand to benefit from both an updated appearance and clearer pricing.
