UPDATE I've used the chair for three 12 hour days and my score stays the same. hands too low. They are height adjustable but not high enough. They need another three to four inches in height. Armrests are basically useless for keeping your arms straight while typing. I desperately looked for thick arm pads, but none were thick enough. So I'll probably come up with something to make it work. The seat is quite comfortable, except for the extremely coarse-meshed material. When I work from home I wear shorts because it's Texas and it's hot. The material is too rough for my skin so I will buy a pillow. I didn't want to cover the seat with a blanket because it would be too hot. The wheels roll very easily. The height adjustment of the seat itself is good with a decent range of heights. Nice cheap chair with useless armrests. However, now I wish I'd spent the extra money to get a better chair with serviceable armrests. I just received this chair today so I can't comment on the comfort yet. I will update after spending a few days in it for 10 hours. At the moment I am giving a neutral rating. When it arrived the box was badly damaged and opened. To my surprise, the chair was undamaged and no parts were missing. Not even a scratch. This is definitely new and no return. The instructions were just pictures but they are not needed. You can easily see how to assemble it without any instructions. Tip: Tighten the armrests at the very last moment after sitting in them to make sure they are positioned the way that suits you. Took about 20 minutes to assemble. For a cheap chair it seems pretty sturdy. The backrest is height adjustable by releasing the handle and sliding the backrest up or down. There are three levers for adjusting seat height, back angle, and lock/unlock tilt/rocking. The seat is wide enough and well padded. The mesh has a curve for lumbar support, but I don't know how much actual support it will provide. The temples are a little padded, but the material of the temples feels like cheap flimsy plastic, so let's see how long they last. They raise the lower one maybe an inch and a half to two inches. The wheels are plastic so I'll probably swap them out for something softer to less scratch the wood floor. It rolls pretty easily. I'll give him about a week and see how he feels. I've been sitting in one of my solid wood table chairs without armrests for almost five months, so nothing could be better. Made in China like 99% of Revain products.
