False advertising! on stands

See how correctly the product description states that it fits devices up to 17 inches? Well that's a big fat lie. When you receive the product, the packaging says it is suitable for tablets from 9" to 12"! I think the difference between what they promised me before I bought it and what they delivered is a whopping FIVE inches. What a waste of time and money.
