This block is not.
I was looking for something less expensive than bows. The paper itself is excellent, no worse than sheets. The problem is that the glue is too strong and ruins the back of the paper when I cut the pages out of the pad. The photo is on the back of the paper. I wouldn't recommend getting this in a block. I went back to using bows.
