that was delivered. I'm sorry but it was delivered correctly, only I couldn't find it until now. It's great, as expected. Looks like medical grade stainless steel. It does not appear to have any traces of the manufacturing process (some stainless steels have quite a lot of them and should be removed with oil, vinegar, boiling etc before first use). But it was clean when I rubbed it down with paper towels and cooking oil. The spout wasn't too sharp or too blunt so it's safe to use. The scale is neatly engraved and the grip is attached with minimal area, so the chance of contamination is minimal.
