Review on Travel-friendly Portable PC Subwoofer with Wireless Bluetooth Technology by Victor Ceja

This item has been used less than 8 months. The only connector available to power the speaker fell out of the speaker itself. There is no way to open the speaker to try to fix it. Now it's garbage. The sound quality is good but if you want something that will NOT last a long time then this is the speaker for you. I contacted the seller about their advertised "12 Month Worry Free Guarantee" with "Best Customer Service". this is a joke The response I got from the seller was basically sorry we can't return/exchange. I had to ask Revain CS for help. Revane said they would offer a one-time exchange. However, if it breaks again, I'm out of luck, regardless of the seller's warranty. I would not buy from this seller.
