Review on Dorman 599-210 Climate Control Module: A Perfect Fit for Select Vehicle Models by Jun Alves

I am driving the third machine in two years. You will work 6 months or a year, but inevitably stop working. The main problem is the AC button. For some reason this button has become unresponsive. You lose AC and can reset it for a while until one day you can't anymore. By the way, Dorman refuses to replace these devices. They will tell you they are under warranty but you will have to send them back to the company you bought them from. The only problem is that once the security tag is removed, the device becomes invalid. I bought one here on Amazon which I couldn't return because I was out the window, one from Autozone who won't replace these units once the tag is removed and one from O'Reillys which, you guessed it , and the winner is. These units will not be returned. Dorman doesn't care, though. They took over $500 from me because there's no real competition. Get the block out of the landfill, don't waste your time and money like me.
