Review on DEWALT Variable Reversible Mid Handle DWD115K: Ultimate Power & Versatility in a Compact Design by Chris Castro

I LOVE this drill! I've had an older version of this drill for ten years and it has never failed me on any job I've asked for. Lately I've been redecorating my house and forgot where I put my old DEWALT cordless drill. I could do without it, so I brought another DEWALT cordless drill with me in this version. It was like a reunion between two dear old friends when I first used this drill. I've drilled holes in drywall and even metal studs with no problem. No overheating, no loss of performance, nothing but smooth operation under any load. I've assembled some furniture and disassembled more using the screwdriver bits for this drill, NO problems at all! This drill is a workhorse that never gets tired of working. This drill won't let you down at home. I'm not a professional, so my drill doesn't stand up to the daily wear and tear. I'm a computer scientist by profession and I'm in DYI on weekends. I would say my drill is in light mode. I would like to say that over the last 10 years whenever I have needed a DEWALT corded drill I have not let me down. This new DEWALT corded drill/driver continues that legacy in Bristol fashion!
