There should be great customer service for people but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I bought this in February 2020 but it has never worked very well, the FM radio station selector knob had to be rotated and rocked slightly to turn the station on, I would have to keep turning the station selector knob until on FM radio station appears. I turned it on today and I can't get any sound from any radio station, the CD player doesn't even work. There is a red LED in the display window which should show the radio station number or when I put a CD in it doesn't play either. I would have thought it would take longer than 2 months for $30 and found out the return date was only for the month ending March 2, 2020. This portable FM radio/CD player is cheaply made and not worth buying. I had a cheaper portable and only paid $15 for it and it ran for 12 years with no problems and it was unbranded, unbranded. We are sorry that this item cannot be returned/exchanged. I will allow everyone I know not to purchase this product or any product made by this company and sold in an online store.

Portability: The SINGINGWOOD SBX030 boombox runs on either AC power (120V/60Hz) or if you want to take your music with you, just use Type C (UM-2) x 6 batteries (not included). Enjoy music anywhere, anytime. When operating on batteries (DC): Please replace the batteries when the CD play function stops, as it requires more power. Remove the batteries when using the device with the mains cable.
