This HMTECH Raspberry Pi 7 Inch Portable 800x480 HDMI Monitor IPS LCD Screen for Raspberry Pi 4/3/2/Zero/B/B+ Win10/8/7 (No Touch Screen) costs $55 and works well as a small portable add-on. light monitor. It's very basic, but it works, and for the price I have no complaints.
