The customer service is excellent! They are always willing to help you with any questions or concerns when setting up an account for our business as well as keeping us updated throughout every step in their process.

I love how easy they make things by explaining everything clearly so there's no confusion about what needs done next. We have been able to easily integrate them into several different platforms including Salesforce which has made managing all aspects easier than ever before. It would be nice if some minor updates could happen from time-to-time but overall this was very simple setup experience once complete.
