I used this as a switch for the auxiliary lights on my bike. Connection instructions were clear. It works as advertised. If I had one complaint, I would prefer 14-16 ga wire over 18-22 ga wire. However, it's rated at 2 amps, which is more than what I have, so don't worry. In the last few weeks I have been able to test how waterproof the switch is. The rough weather doesn't seem to have bothered him much. A few months later. I installed it on my bike where the back of the derailleur is perpendicular to the road. I bump into bumps, speed bumps, potholes. I found this evening that the LED had fallen out of the back of the switch. Still works, just fell out. I'll be able to reinstall it easily once I have daylight and I can stick it on with some super glue and it will be like new.
