Panasonic scam by omission

Call barring is advertised as a feature of this phone. I want this to work regardless of adding the phone company's caller ID service to the phone bill. The telephone company must pay an additional fee to operate this phone. The product description must clearly state that there is an additional monthly charge from the phone company for this feature.
