The pendant easily bends away from the bracket!
Works well in an ideal world. If, like me, you use an "effective" plate like the "don't step on me" plate, you can strengthen the plate. Someone has injured themselves and bent the bracket's tab. You could do this because the top of the slab is unsupported. The mount works great if you don't have snowflake neighbors.
