Cat hates multivitamins

My cat won't eat it, it's thick and sticky like a hairball cure. Tried solo she said no Tried to hide in turkey still said no. Tried filling it up with a syringe and forcing it to eat but it's so sticky it wants to stick to the end instead of staying in the mouth. I had high hopes, but I'm running out of ideas.
