I have a Honda Element. There's no good place for a cell phone. The last owner plugged his phone into the air conditioner vent grilles and broke the grille. The dashboard is completely made of plastic, so magnetic attachment was not possible. This curved WIX suction cup mount grips the top of the dashboard and the arm extends in front of the air conditioner vents that are not attached to the air outlet. The phone is held from below, with two retractable levers gripping the sides. The button on the back releases the phone. Very concise design. Works great, cheap, well packaged and shipped quickly. 5 stars all round.
