I have been a long time fan of short curly hair and am very pleased with my first purchase of this Revlon hair straightener almost three years ago. It's VERY affordable, works GREAT and heats up very quickly in less than 10 seconds on the 30 setting (highest) for my medium to fine hair. I used to have problems with a set of hot curlers that took longer to heat up to get uneven curls. Now, with this second one as a backup in case it gets discontinued, I'm happy. I tested it today and it worked GREAT with a 3 year manufacturer warranty! Using a hair straightener to create curls is AWESOME!
