Review on 📱 RAM MOUNTS X-Grip Phone Holder with Handlebar U-Bolt Attachment by Michael Tegan

This is possibly the second time in many years that I have felt compelled to write a negative review. One would think that this $50 product should at least come in a box with some simple instructions. I watched a few YouTube videos and at least these people got their phone mount in a box dedicated to the product. I received a Revain package with a plastic bag containing the mount. There were no directions, just a flyer promoting more of their stuff. I'm smart enough to figure out how to fix this to my scooter but I confess I feel like no effort has been made to make me feel like I'm buying a quality product. Only some parts are thrown in a clear plastic bag. My last mount was half the price, came neatly packaged, and lasted over 4 years, most of which was spent outdoors in the Florida sun. goes out, spins like a top. Doesn't seem right? Maybe some instructions could solve these problems. Also, what should I do with glue? What should I stick on that thing. I really expected more from an American made product with such a high rating. I get annoyed more when I type, so this is my tirade. I will keep it because I need a phone holder and I hope to solve problems with this thing. And no, it looks like I wouldn't buy another one.
