I was so excited to have my own 27 inch responsive HD monitor, but as soon as I plugged it in after carefully assembling the monitor, dead pixels appeared in the bottom center of my screen. I tried turning it off completely, nothing happened. I also played with it for a couple of weeks because I've heard that it sometimes goes away but never goes away. Very disappointed as the packaging was hardly damaged so it must have been defective hardware.
