I love that the application process is so streamlined and easy! It's very user friendly, and I can find what I need with ease. I don't like how it seems to be slow sometimes. Sometimes it takes a long time to load, which makes me think the server might be having issues. Definitely give this program a try if you're looking for something that will help streamline your recruiting process! We've been able to hire more employees than we would have had previously. The benefits of having a centralized database are amazing!
