Review on Shelving 0191402 Floating Invisible Brackets by Jessica Torma

My brother bought one of these, it looks great so I decided to replace my old shelves with these to replace. First of all, all three regiments were damaged. The boxes were fine, but each corner was slightly dented. That didn't bother me that much, since the damage was above the viewing angle. They were very easy for me to install, I feel I was decently comfortable so wasn't surprised.One bracket attaches to the wall and has an arrow pointing up.The shelf then slides over it with two mounting screws to attach to the wall.I've had them for a couple of years now Months ago and I've just noticed that they are starting to sag and pull off the wall.I only have a few figures so the weight limit isn't even close to the max.If the total is 1lb I will be surprised. When you press on the front of the shelf you will hear it make contact with the support bracket. I removed the shelf from the bracket to see if the problem was with the wall bracket. The mount was ok. It was still securely fastened and strong enough. I have concluded that the inner portion of the shelf is larger than the support bracket. The bracket fits snugly on the base but the top wobbles on the shelf. The shelf has a much larger opening on the inside, giving it plenty of room to swing. I'm not sure why they didn't move right away. I bought three of these and two of the three sag. Pretty disappointing overall as I now have to mod them to bring them back to their previous levels. I have two above my computer and now it's very noticeable that the left one is sagging. To be honest, I would stay away from this product. Each of them arrived damaged and 2 of the 4 I saw installed sagged. In my opinion, any product that you need to change to make it work needs a redesign.
