Bought without knowing which Genie model I have, only it looks exactly like my existing remote. And it works! Installation was very easy, instructions were included. Three suggestions for you if you buy this: 1. I saw that it says the learn button will be under the light bar. For my model. The learn button was on the back and I could reach it without a ladder.2. You must ensure that you are standing in front of the installed unit while following the instructions. This may seem obvious to some, but not to me. I thought I screwed up until I saw someone mention it.3. The remote control may already have a battery. I almost broke it only to find that it comes with a battery. Just click the button to check it out. All in all a great price for a product that does what it is supposed to do!
