First of all the way this lamp is packaged and organized piece by piece is absolutely disappointing. I understand this was done for minimal space and comfort, but this is a disaster. It will take you a nun's patience to unroll each puff and fully unfold the plastic cover, as well as find a way to manipulate the stand from the lampshade itself. When you finally manage to get the lamp out of yourself and put it back together properly, I can promise you it was worth it. The lamp is the perfect size for our bedside tables and blends in well with the room. The chain is easy to find in the dark and the 4 charging options are very practical! I also like the open bars that you can rest your phone or other items on while charging. Compared to other lamps and sets, this is by far the best deal in terms of quality. **Updated after 3 months of use** The chain broke one night when I was about to turn off the light and unfortunately it broke at the very top near the lamp so I couldn't even try to fix it. I emailed support immediately and received a quick and friendly response. The support rep I spoke to gave me a few options and overall I was happy with the meeting. I was hesitant to reach out but I'm glad I did - they were very helpful.
