We bought this for our 10 year old son so he can listen to music on the go and most importantly without disconnecting from the world with headphones. This is PERFECT for its intended purpose. For a small thing, it makes quite a big sound. No, it doesn't look like a full-fledged system, but for a small, battery-powered, portable device, it's excellent. The adjustable light goes from nighttime to surprisingly bright, it's durable and kid-friendly, and it does exactly what it's supposed to do - perfect for sleepovers and backyard camping. I absolutely recommend it and will buy it again.
