This little coat is so pretty! It is water resistant but feels very soft on the outside, not hard or "plasticy" at all. The offset zipper and button closure allows for that cute little center pocket, and the lining has such a cute soft design! Hood with zip and that adorable ruffle. It's all so functional yet very girly. It is true to size, roomy enough to be worn over a shirt or sweater and sits just below the hip.
