I had two sizes of crimp wire. Outside diameter 1/16 and 1/8 inch. The smaller tabs appear to fit a crimping tool, but they don't fit anything larger at all. The tool barely opens to even insert the lugs and it is absolutely impossible to insert one IN THE CORRECT DIRECTION as the lugs have to be crimped up and down for good contact and the jaws will not open far enough to to achieve what will happen with it will be a greater size. So if you don't create thumbnails, forget it. It works about as well as my fence tool. I waited a WEEK for this non-working piece of crap to arrive from China (and had I known beforehand I would never have ordered it) only to find that it was badly scratched from cutting 4 pieces of wire. with cutters. I'm so glad I have another tool for this. No don't do it, it doesn't cost any money and definitely NOT WORTH THE TIME! And the "on time” date is a bunch of crap too. They can't hide that it's shipped from China unless they say you can get it in two days. DO NOT BUY THIS!
