Poor shipping and no converter
This product was poorly packaged for shipping as shown in the attached picture. The box was damaged and only a small piece of paper was used to wrap it. The cooler did not come with a 120v converter and we searched several websites including the manufacturers and Revain with no positive results. There are many converters on the market, but none were compatible with the three-pin design of this cooler. Without a converter, the cooler did not meet our desired requirements. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for an electric travel cooler.
