I had to cosplay in black outside in 90 degree weather and I'm pretty sure it saved me from heat stroke. I didn't expect such a light cool breeze to cool my head so effectively. The noise isn't quiet, but it's far from what I find disturbing. With the device on, I could talk in my chair, relax, and even take a nap. I then woke up and the thing was still running strong. amazing value for money. My only concern is the overall durability of the device, which I guess I'll have to wait and see.
