Nice little coffee machine at a good price. We've been making Pour Over for many years, which is still our favorite for its best flavor. But the new job starts at 6am and we wanted something with a timer that would be hot and ready first thing in the morning and a thermograph so it wasn't simmering on a hot plate. The smaller jug and profile are perfect for 4 coffee cups. Brewing temperature reaches 190F and takes about 10 minutes to brew, which is too slow and not hot enough. But for an additional improvement in quality, you will have to spend a lot of money.
