I LOVE this Kipling bag. It has everything I'm looking for in a handbag; The main storage space is evenly divided, which is an absolute NECESSITY for my bags, and there are small side pockets on either side for maps, a pen, hand sanitizer, etc. There are external pockets for keys, phone, lip balm - things you need to take often; and an external zip pocket. The entire bag is lightweight yet durable. I beat another one to death and ordered the same one again! The only thing they could improve is to make it even lighter and keep it strong, but I don't know if that's possible. I will keep buying it as long as they make it - shoulder and neck issues make it a top choice and Davina the monkey attached to it makes it even more appealing! ;) Thanks Kipling!
