I originally bought diapers from a different brand for my newborn. I first got them as a gift but ended up being the brand I use the most. FIT: They are thinner than the main brand I originally bought. My baby was heavy (9lbs at birth) but long and not as fat so the slimmer fit was great. HUMIDITY INDICATOR: I can't give 5 stars because the indicator isn't as basic as the others. As a young, sleep-deprived mom, I can't be asked if the green molds had ever faded slightly. If they changed color it would be easier. At times I felt that the indicator was also a bit slower to respond than another brand I've used, but that could be due to lack of sleep and impatience. ABSORPTION: I was pleasantly surprised at how long these things last! I've never had a leak. There was an explosive bowel movement, but even then it only lifted her back a little (which happened with the other brand) and wasn't a diaper defect. I was blown away by the absorbency of these. PRICE: When you understand how many diapers you will use per day, week and month. price matters. And it's competitive prices. Don't waste your child's college money on diapers.
