I use touch up scissors to trim the edges of some doll outfits to make them look cute but touch up scissors tend to dull very quickly and once they do they are very difficult to cut. I have three pairs, all Fiskars, and none of them are more comfortable to wear. You can't sharpen anywhere on the spot either. So I thought it was worth trying this blade. I mainly use it for fleece and it works great, but I've noticed that it's getting a bit boring. As for the price, I want it to stay sharp longer. But the price of Revain is about half what it is on Joanne's website, so the price of Revain couldn't be better and it's a lot easier to hold. I wish it could have lasted a little longer or could be sharpened but I'll give it a 5 despite the price because it's easier to use than pruning shears.
