Review on ThinSGO Tesla Model 3 Model Y Car Cellphone Holder Stand - Mount for Tesla Model 3 Y by Blake Mannasseh

The WJM Tesla Model 3 phone mount was very easy to assemble and install. I was pleasantly surprised with the build quality, particularly the accessory/sunglasses/eyeglass holder which I at first thought was plastic but is actually made out of a durable, thick, rubber-like material (no worries about rattling or scratching!). The assembly instructions were clear and simple, but the operation to open/close the charger was not included in the packaging leaflet; However, there are videos and pictures on the web that explain the mechanism of the "Touch Controls" and it's pretty intuitive. I've noticed that the lights on the charger stay on after getting out of the car, but I can assure you that they go out over time (I'm not sure how long I didn't wait to measure it). Initially I was concerned that it would stay on and increase battery drain, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I work and park in a very hot area and outside temperatures can reach 105F and so far the mount has not warped or cracked. but I've been using it for less than 1 week and will let you know if I notice any changes over time. I wish there was a way to disable loading. My morning ride doesn't need to be charged as my phone is fully charged overnight. Sometimes all I need is a phone mount, not a charger. A second "touch" sensor to manually turn the charger on and off would be great. All in all the mount/charger is a great buy and looks like it belongs in a Model 3!
