I bought this unit at the last minute for my new job at home. I would never buy or use a USB headset so I really didn't know what to look for or what to expect. Upon receipt I was very pleased with the sound quality and volume control. They could be a little more comfortable but I attribute that to wearing them for almost 9 hours on weekdays. One day they suddenly collapsed. The earpiece is separate from the headphone piece. I was disappointed at first but the customer service was great. I requested a replacement Thursday evening and received a free replacement late Saturday morning. Of course I had to send the broken pair back. I was very pleased with their prompt response.
