Not working in my SG 400. After the first ink install one of the ink cartridges was empty, I fixed the problem with customer service. Customer service representative, removed the cartridges, unplugged the power cord and turned off the printer, then reinserted the cartridges and restarted the printer as recommended. The originally low cartridge then showed full, but then the other two cartridges showed low. I was told to try the process again, which I did, and then an error code appeared on the printer. I read the reviews before purchasing and saw that they are quite conflicting. I was hoping these ink cartridges would work based on the positive reviews but unfortunately they don't work with my printer. The seller was very polite and quickly refunded my money.
